• Perform general administrative duties
• Manage and supervise centre operations team to maintain service standard
• Monitor customer relations ambassador constantly, ensuring client satisfaction is being achieved through client recognition and prompt cordial attention
• Response proactively to clients’ queries and create pleasant environment and caring working atmosphere 
• Conduct daily 5-stars image checks and keep all facilities and equipment at a satisfactory level all times
• Work closely with different parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support and motivate customer relations ambassador and maintain effective communications with Sky client
• Assist in improving Sky clients satisfaction continuously and the same time enhancing team members efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of 8 years experiences in Hospitality / Serviced Office with 3 years or above at supervisory level
• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management
• Passion and eagerness to aim high at service qualities
• Possess the ability to handle specific situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment
• Customer-oriented with problem solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
