About our client
Providing Environmental services for Europe & APAC business, their top management and HQ is based in Hong Kong.

  • 3-5+ years’ experience as a EA/PA to a CEO or other leader in a similar role in a global or regional organisations
  • Handle Data & enquires & reports
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis
  • Fluent or native English language, other languages a bonus
  • MNC Culture

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Diary and calendar management for the CEO (English speaker);
  • Agenda preparation and meeting administration, liaising with people at all levels of the organization as well as outside the business;
  • Preparing communications, presentations and reports in a range of formats as well as editing, proof reading and finalizing other documents;
  • Assisting in preparation and scheduling of LinkedIn and other social media output;
  • Collate and verify data from around the business to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports;
  • Prepare documentation and reports for board meetings;
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up action points from meeting attendees;
  • Draft PowerPoint presentations;
  • Responding to and directing inbound enquiries from potential customers and suppliers and update the CRM as required;
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis;
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative filing procedures and systems to aid efficiency;
  • Dealing with ad hoc office administration tasks including ordering of goods/services and organizing company activities;
  • Collecting, collating and cleaning data sets of financial information for reporting purposes;
  • Assisting in administration duties of local and foreign entities;
  • Conduct ad hoc duties as required by CEO from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

  • 3-5+ years’ experience as a EA/PA to a CEO or other leader in a similar role in a global or regional organisation;
  • Experience in handling basic numbers and producing reports;
  • Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics CRM an advantage, but not essential;
  • Experience working within a finance department is an advantage but not essential;
  • Fluent or native English language, other languages a bonus;
  • Able to manage and respond quickly to changing/competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to learn new skills quickly with enthusiasm ;
  • Action oriented, Driven to learn, Resilient, Resourceful, Seeks feedback, Trustworthy;
  • Proactive problem solver
