• Lead a small team, monitor admin / project operations and to provide an all-round administrative support;
• Assist in report preparation, documents checking, setting up systems, guidelines and procedures for continuous improvements in operations;
• Monitor on-site project arrangements, e.g. prepare documents list, schedule site meetings, coordinate with internal and external parties, follow up on project progress, etc;
• Handle ad hoc projects and works as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or above;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in building services / project management / surveying / construction / F&B or related discipline;
• Proficient in both reading and written Chinese and English is a must;
• Experience and skills in using drawing software (i.e. CAD) are highly preferred;
• Pro-active, precise in working on details and willing to work under pressure;
• Good coordination and organization skills;
