Job Description

Executive Assistant/ Secretarial ( 5 Days ) 

Location : Kwun Tong/ Aberdeen,  Salary : 20-28K

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business / personal matters
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
  • Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party
  • Prepare minutes, reports and the presentation materials
  • Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • At least 1-3 years of secretarial experience
  • Experienced in supervising daily admin operations
  • Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects is required
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates with working experience are also considered
  • Immediate available is preferred

Sr. HR & Admin Officer/ HR & Admin Officer ( 5 Days) 
Location : Kwun Tong/ Aberdeen,  Salary : 20-30K

Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advices to business in relation to relevant labor ordinance, talent acquisition and development, and performance
  • Communicate to business and implement HR policies, procedures and organizational changes
  • Support recruitment activities which includes sourcing of candidates, interviewing, offer making, contract signing and on-boarding
  • Support the identification of training needs. Organize internal/external training to drive organizational growth
  • Drive HR operational effectiveness
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budget and work out HR related reports
  • Participate in the organization of employees’ activities
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience, business partnering experience is a plus
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritise workload
  • With Can-do attitude and growth mindset
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Candidate with less experience could be considered for the role of HR Officer
