Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, planning and implementing Continuous Improvement roadmap and building learning and improvement culture in supply chain to align with company vision, mission and values;
  • Driving the need for change by providing guidance, coaching, and direct hands-on support to the leadership team and frontline associates in implementing Continuous Improvement modules to achieve World Class Supply Chain operations;
  • Managing routine process verification audits so that there is a consistent application of best practices and learning;
  • Leading progress reviews with the leadership team and creating detailed reports for executive staff;
  • Leading and driving improvement and standardization of operating procedures to ensure optimization of labor, production efficiencies, and cost effectiveness;
  • Assisting in formulating learning & development initiatives and launch related programs based on department needs and the company’s business direction;
  • Handling special Continuous Improvement projects as required.
Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration or HR Management.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing corporate level projects / transformation management 
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Ability in fostering a positive culture, environment and values within the Company while also be the driver of change management
  • Experience in leading Continuous Improvement events
  • Excels in collaborative teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to coach/lead / train / direct all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate the vision/end goal
  • Lean Green/Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma preferred
