Job Description

工作职责:

1、負責收集、撰寫上報總行及工作領導的各類重要報告、工作總結等綜合類材料;
2、負責集團內外重要信息收集與分析,就專項事項撰寫分析報告或參閱材料,為公司領導決策提供支持;
3、配合公司領導的重要會議組織及其他安排,撰寫公司領導會議發言稿及重要活動講話;
4、協辦文書系統、簽報系統相關工作;
5、日常办公室其他文书行政工作。

岗位要求:

1、大学本科及以上学历,中文、金融、保险、工商管理类专业。
2、具备2-3年以上办公室有关行政或者文秘工作经验。
3、具备较好的沟通能力,可以广东话、普通话、英文作为工作语言。
