Job Description

Our client is an Global Financial Firm located in Central - IFC. Currently, they are seeking for a Receptionist to join the firm for the business expansion. Ideal candidate will be someone who is upbeat and enthusiastic to support small team for the secretarial and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Administration Support

  • Provide receptionist and administrative support
  • Carry out front-desk duties by answer external queries, greet and help to visitors
  • Handle expenses claim and product certificate renewal with Department of Health
  • Renew and maintain air conditioning / fire service systems
  • Booking restaurant with clients meeting.

Office Admin

  • Be responsible for maintaining, ordering and distribution of office and pantry supplies
  • Facility management, arrange office cleaning/pest control and courier services

Job Requirements

  • Excellent commands of English Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Helpful, energetic and cheerful team player
  • Financial firm experience is an advantage is a MUST
  • Full time role - with great employee benefits
