• University graduate is a must, a degree in business administration or related disciplines will be advantageous
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese 
• Good secretarial skills and computer skills including Chinese and English typing
• Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience with at least 1 year serving a senior executive
• Be pro-active, presentable, responsible, discreet and trustworthy, with people skills strong enough to cope with a dynamic environment
