Job Description
My client, a Chinese based mainboard listed Conglomerate, is now looking for an outstanding talent:
Senior Administration Manager (55K-70K)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise an administration team to manage the full spectrum of administrative functions
- Manage office renovation projects to meet departments' operational needs.
- Oversee a team of frontline staff such as Drivers, Receptionists, and tea lady
- Handle premises and office facilities management and equipment maintenance
- Supervise routine office services such as car pool service, document delivery, procurement of office supplies, mailing, printing, etc.
- Monitor the vendors and contractors
- Ad-hoc projects from managements
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 10 years or above working experience of Administration role with 3 years in management level
- Experience in fleet management is a plus
- Good Chinese written skill
- Working experience in sizable organization
- Good in English and Chinese
