About Our Client (Retail Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the F&B companies,is now looking for a HR Managerto join their team. The job duties are as follows:

• Lead the team to provide the portfolio of services include but not limited to the total rewards development, job grading, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, staff cost budgeting, and HRIS implementation etc.
• Provide various analysis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing, etc
• Manage the HR Operations, including but not limited to payroll and fringe benefits administration, and tax reporting, etc.
• Review and streamline HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
• Participate in any other assignments/projects as requested

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 8- 10 years of relevant HR engagement experience in Retail business
• Proven track record of being adaptable to manage a team and support the group
• Track record in presenting to, engaging with and influencing board members and other staffs
• Agile, self-driven, with strong sense of judgement, able to deal with ambiguity, manage multi-priorities and perform under fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
