Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR & Administrative duties including, but not limited to, payroll, tax reporting, recruitment & selection, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations
• Review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK employment ordinance and other regulations
• Manage employee data and ensure all records are update and accurate
• Organize staff activities
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience  
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong
• Proficient in MS Office and HR system application
• Strong analytical mind and attention to details
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
