Job Requirements

• University graduate in HR Studies, Business or related disciplines
• 7 years or above experience in full spectrum of human resources functions
• Previous experience in C&B activities, payroll calculation and recruitment
• Detail-oriented, cheerful with good communication and supervisory skills
• Well-organized, energetic, team player and strong sense of responsibilities
• Good communication of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS knowledge
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver full spectrum of human resources support on recruitment, C&B and staff relations
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation and taxations issues
• Provide support on recruitment cycle from resumes selection, interview to offer processing
• Assist in monitoring C&B administration, annual salary review and performance management
• Prepare periodic HR reports, update HR information and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
