• Design, develop and deliver training programs to staff subject to the identified training needs
• To maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operations development and employee training records
• Coordinate the pre/post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of the training course
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
• Handle different tasks simultaneously and hands-on project management

• Higher diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Knowledge of field coaching and training experience in the service industry  is an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Willing to learn and a good team player
