Responsibilities

• Assist in daily general administration support such as mailing, procurement, meetings logistics, compiling reports, and office administration etc
• Handle general enquires via phone and/or email
• Assists with bookkeeping matters
• Support events and website maintenance
• Ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Tertiary educated or above
• 1 years working experience preferably in a professional / education /not-for-profit organisation
  
• Must be able to multi-task and maintain organised, detail-minded, self-motivated and have a sincere personality
• Experience in website management/video editing/graphic design an advantage
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Contract: subject to renewal or permanent employment
• Part time: able to work at least 2 days/week or 3.5 hours/day
• Immediate available an advantage
