Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and all round administration support to the HR team
• Assist to recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing and extending offer to candidates, etc
• Propose and develop effective recruitment channels
• Closely connect with line managers to understand business needs and provide timely recruitment advices and services
• Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports
• Assist in ad hoc HR-related projects.

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 1 year HR experience in Recruitment function
• Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese
• Working location is in Hong Kong International Airport
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Human Resources Assistant
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
