Job Highlights
• Assist day-to-day operation of e-commerce platforms
• Maintain social media platforms with regular postings
• Handle daily customer enquiries through emails/DMs
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns from time to time
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• General operation of e-commerce including product listing, pricing, inventory update and product text editing
• Handle and follow-up customer inquiries/complaints/returns
• Liaison with internal and external parties in creating social media content
• Assist the development and the execution of marketing strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree holder in E-Commerce, Marketing or other related disciplines
• At least 1 year’ relevant working experience, preferably in E-commerce, brand marketing or cross-marketing
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage
• Experience of editing post / story / reel / video by APP
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
