Job Description:

  • Responsible for general reception and administrative support;
  • Greeting guests, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails and courier services;
  • Assist in general office administrative work;
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of the conference rooms;
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and clean manner at all times; and
  • General support of office works.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years’ Receptionist experience;
  • Experience in Hotel would be an advantage;
  • Good presentation and communication skill;
  • Capable of working in a fast-moving environment;
  • Detail mind and initiative; and
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
