Processing claims for subsidies under the Anti-epidemic Fund and manning an enquiry hotline

Job duties

(1 ) Assist in implementing various relief measures by vetting applications; inputting data in a database; sorting and compiling data; and preparing reports and returns for different purposes including allocation of resources, evaluation as well as release of subsidy etc.;

(2) Communicate with professional institutes, B/D, employers, employees and other parties to make sure that the guidelines and terms and conditions of the relief measures are observed; draft and issue letters to employers and the relevant parties to keep them abreast of the latest position of their applications; interview and/or visit the employers, employees and other parties as necessary;

(3) Attend to administrative duties regarding the relief measures including finance and accounting, procurement, record management and other matters; provide logistical support for meetings, visits, etc;

(4) Handle verbal and written enquiries and complaints as well as compile and consolidate data; and

(5) Take up any other duties as assigned by the seniors.

Requirements

  1. Degree Holder, prefer a higher degree;
  2. Have at least 2 years of managerial working experience;
  3. Possess good written and spoken English Language at "Level 3" or above in HKDSEE or equivalent;
  4. A good understanding of excel.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proven ability to face the public.  Team-player.  Cheerful and easy-going.  
  6. Organised.  An eye for detail.
  7. Flexibility in working on mundane matters.
