Responsibilities:

• Manage full HR functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll, staff retention & orientation, performance management, MPF, taxation, headcount, company policy and rules setting, final payment
• Ensure the HR and Administration process and policies supports the business strategy, the company’s values and in line with legislative requirement.
• Manage general office administration functions such as office equipment maintenance & Stationery ordering, comp sec coordination, insurance renewal, medical scheme renewal, annual dinner and etc.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Assist and report to Senior Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG / service industry with managerial experience
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances
• Ensure the monthly payroll, MPF calculation and employer's returns are completed on a timely and accurate manner
• Independent & highly adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is an advantage
