Responsibilities:

• Provide general secretarial support to department head
• Handle various HR administration functions including but not limited to work visa, onboarding and exit documentation, data input and file maintenance etc.
• Coordinate with relevant parties for office announcements and reports
• Support various events such as executive meetings and annual dinner
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in HR or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of secretarial, HR or administration experience
• Capable to handle confidential and sensitive matters
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels
• Well organized, details oriented, mature and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
