We are searching for a result-driven Human Resources Manager to provide oversight of talent acquisition activities within our retail operations division. In this role, you will oversee the talent acquisition department and enhance the organization's ability to attract talents and ensure consistent levels of workforce talent. To ensure success of this role, you should be an exceptional leader with track record in talent acquisition in a fast-pace data-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes with major focuses on strategic human resources planning, recruitment, daily activities for the frontline operation, and employee relations
• Lead and supervise a team to ensure that they are motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
• Establish a professional, standardized and seamless recruitment process to ensure recruitment standards are aligned with the organization goals
• Creating KPIs and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization
• Cultivate a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition
• Ensure that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives
• Formulate and implement staffing and talent management strategies, policies, and procedures which ensure the effective recruitment and retention of high-quality employees
• Provide pragmatic advice to effectively manage and resolve human capital issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to regulatory/legislative requirements
• Participate in meetings with talent acquisition managers and other executives.
• Develop relationships and collaborate with hiring team members to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent.
• Produce regular reports, presentations and data on talent needs, acquisitions, and performance

Skills and Qualifications

• A graduate degree in human resources, industrial-organizational psychology, business management or related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience working as a talent acquisition manager or head of talent acquisition. Recruitment experience in Beauty, Retail, or FMCG fast-pace industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks.
• Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
• Strong track record in providing solutions to enable initiatives and support the organisation’s operational and strategic decisions
• Demonstrable team management experience with strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Agile personality with excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Effective people management skill and be able to motivate, develop and manage team members’ performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive, and demanding environment
• Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution.
• Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven.
