Job Description
- Assist the project team and act as the site representative of the Employer to perform site supervisory duties
- Site supervision including, but not limited to material checking, inspection of construction works in details, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, report, interpret and record concisely
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants and contractors for execution of the construction work
- Monitor work progress, workmanship standard, site safety and environmental protection works in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical institute / technical college or equivalent
- Language proficiency requirements of 'level 2' or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
- 3 years relevant post qualification experience , including at least 1 year's experience as Assistant Clerk of Works
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
- Candidate should obtain the following safety training:
- Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card) ;
- Occupation Safety and health Management Course ;
- Basic Accident Prevention Course ;
- Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
