Job Description

Job Duties:
  • Perform full spectrum of office administration duties, including but not limited to renovation & relocation, routine repair & maintenance, procurement of office supplies & equipment, renewal of service agreement;
  • Provide administrative support to the clinics;
  • Coordinate IT relating matters with the appointed consultant;
  • Maintain proper documentation in accordance with the requirement of ISO 9001;
  • Assist in dealing with auditors, both internal & external;
  • Backup reception counter operations;
  • Organize staff activities; and
  • Take on other duties assigned
Requirements & Attributes:
  • Higher Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Sound coordination, interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity;
  • Good command of both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  • Good IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications; and
  • Immediately available highly preferred
