Job Description

Our Property Management team is hiring an Assistant Property Officer, working in a commercial building in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will be reporting to the Assistant Center Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day property management operations
  • Providing customer service such as answering inquiry and complaints from tenants 
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Provide administrative / receptionist support to Management Office
  • Prepare work related reports and data entry work

Requirements:

  • School Certificate or Diploma holder in any discipline 
  • Ideally 1-2 years' work experience in property management
  • Experience in administrative support is an advantage 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC knowledge, Chinese and English typing
  • Working Time: 5.5 days (alternative Sat)
