Job Description
Provide administrative support to C&B team, which include :
- Assist in monthly payroll checking, e.g. attendance, overtime and business assignment records
- Distribute the medical cards & explain the details of medical scheme to staff
- Handle MPF administration
- Maintain & update data entry of confidential staff personnel, staff movement, attendance and leave records
- Prepare C&B related documents and HR filing
- Provide assistance in implementing HR policies & procedures
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or other related disciplines
- 1 year pr above working experience is preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and attentive to details
- Immediate available is an advantage
