Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff matters with Retail Sales team
• Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the retail shop and offer has smooth daily operations
• Support retail team on administrative tasks such as POS, Online shop, and chat-commerce system
• Provide clerical support on the online order, arrange delivery & SF pick up
• Be responsible for customers’ inquiries on daily basis
• Prepare various regular sale reports, proficiency in using excel (esp using vlookup and creating pivot table)
• Perform general administrative and clerical activities of the office

Requirements:

• Can work independent with strong can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented team player with positive work attitude.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good communication, presentation, and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
