Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR services include report generation, benefit administration and administration support
• Handle incoming staffs’ enquiry and provide accurate, valid and complete information including but not limited to onboarding, job movement, HR process, C&B matters, offboarding, etc.
• Administer pension scheme, employee benefits and tax return filing related processing independently
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned including workflow review and system launch
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years' HR experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded, mature, well-organized and able to work independently
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
