Responsibilities :

• Provide the day-to-day human resources support in HR office, including but not limited to backlog works handling, documents scan and filing, jobs advertisement posting, interviews arrangement for interviewers and job applicants, documents check, etc.
• Assist in regular HR reports preparation and update (such as : leaves records and reports, etc.).
• Support new staff onboarding arrangement.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the College.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in HR or related discipline; degree holder an added advantage.
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.
• Proactive, meticulous and attention to details.

Salary and Fringe Benefits:

1.  Appointment will be made on 2 to 3 month-contract.

2.  Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.
