Job Description
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- To manage overall in end-to-end recruitment service including sourcing quality candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews and recommending potential candidates and maintaining up-to-date candidate databases
- Responsible for general HR functions but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development and employee relations
- Perform strategic HR planning to increase the efficiency of the company's operations;
- Ensure that HR policies are in compliance to the HK & PRC labor legislations and regulations;
- Provide constructive and prompt advices on the implementation of HR policies.
- Participate in various company development ad hoc projects
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or above holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant HR and administration experience is preferable
- Energetic, self-confidence and good communication skills in logical thinking
- Cheerful team player, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Eager to learn, good organisation skills and to gain China HR exposure
- Good computer skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferable
- Less experience will be considered as Human Resources and Administration Officer
