Job Description
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 1 year experience in school bus service/ business administration / hospitality / event management / marketing / logistics / transportation
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Responsible, independent, attention to detail, well-organized and can-do attitude
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Be in-charge of school bus service-related inquiries from schools, parents & nursemaids
- Handle school bus applications, including amendments, withdrawal & refund
- Prepare documents for school bus service and follow up students’ payments
- Coordinate with nursemaids for duty report & service requirement fulfillment
- Assist in recruitment & training nursemaids
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
