Job Responsibilities 

• Report to Senior HR & Administration Manager and be responsible for providing office administration and human resources support functions for Hong Kong, Macau and China Offices.
• Coordinate with Admin teams in PRC offices.
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

  Job Requirements 

• Degree holder in related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years HR or Office Administrative experience, preferably in sizeable company.
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC employment ordinance, employment related legislation will be an asset.
• Proactive, cheerful, self-discipline, excellent communication skill and willing to work under pressure.
• Organized, Accuracy and detail-minded.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese World Processing.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR & Administration Officer.
