Job Description

• Lead a team of Operations staff to handle and facilitate merchant onboarding process fro ekpay payment products and merchant success staff to handle and manage issues and queries raised by merchants 
• Coach, mentor and motivate the members in providing professional services to merchant enquiries and follow-up related matters
• Handle and resolve escalated merchants’ requests and complaints
• Work with team members and other departments to support various digital initiatives/ projects;
• Work closely with account management team to grow company's transactions and user by create comprehensive marketing plans for key merchants;
• Support Business Development team to pitch to prospect merchants on robust marketing plan for merchant success for merchant acquisition;
• Continually gain insights on local consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary;
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to solve system production issues;
• Own the entire merchant relationship by verticals, geographical areas or even entire enterprise-level merchants;
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to keep track on operation issues and impacts, and recommend opportunities for improvement action plans to drive results and performance.

• 3+ years’ working experience in operation, client facing role
• Passionate - bring high energy and commitment to achieve the mission.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner merchants’ needs
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Highly motivate and goal orientated 
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
