Department: Learning & Development Department

 In this position, you will:

• Conduct training needs analysis and organize learning and development activities to meet company mission 
• Deliver learning and development activities in different models 
• Design and develop effective learning solutions 
• Coordinate learning logistics and related administration works 
• Participate in developing and maintaining On-line training 
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and China projects

 To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines 
• Minimum 4 years' solid experience in Training and development 
• Hands-on training experience in Information Technology industry will be definitely an advantage 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua 
• Strong command of the Chinese language 
• Strong passion on staff training and development 
• Proficient in MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Learning & Development Officer
