Your new company
Our client is an OEM manufacturer that collaborates with most of the well-known brand names globally. With their current company secretary retiring, they are looking for a company secretary.

Your new role

• Handle a full set of company secretarial duties for the private group and its offshore subsidiaries
• Prepare annual returns and statutory filings
• Update and maintain company and statutory records
• Handle any assigned ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Associate/ student member of HKCGI
• 3+ years of company secretarial experience gained from professional firms or in-house
• Immediately available is highly preferred
