Job Responsibilities:

• Provide HR consulting services including talent acquisition, talent management & development, career transition management, etc.
• Handle full spectrum of recruitment for all functions from sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates to salary offer negotiation
• Manage accounts and ensure effective service delivery for clients
• Proactively develop and build potential Key Accounts
• Manage job offer process and negotiate remuneration packages

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ professional work experience in any sectors (preferably recruitment / sales / BD related)
• Success-driven with strong abilities to excel in a dynamic environment while achieving targets
• Passionate to seek opportunities for growth and career advancement
• Possess a winning mind-set: diligent, work with integrity and passionate/driven for success
• Fast-paced and people-oriented
• Fluent in English & Cantonese/Mandarin
• Less experienced candidate will still be considered
