We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for Executive Director. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of Executive Director. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.

To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. Accomplished personal assistants are intuitive to the needs of Executive Director and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.
Job Duties

• Responsible for Executive Director all personal and corporation matters
• Assist to arrange daily scheduling, personal matters, and travel itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, events coordination and household matters etc.
• Travel with CEO for business trips and arrange all related matters
• Arrange meeting schedule, agendas and meeting minutes
• Handle business correspondence, reports, confidential documents as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 2 years' relevant experience;
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Efficient, very well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
• Mature and reliable with good commercial sense
• Willing to work flexible hour upon request, good at multi-tasking and detailed oriented.
