Responsibilities:

As the Head of C&B, you will lead a team of 6-8 people. You will be responsible for driving effective reward and benefits strategies for the board. You will be responsible for managing C&B programmes and HR services. You will be responsible for in charging of HRIS and improving operational platform. You will be responsible for developing HR procedures and policies to support growth of the organization. You will be responsible for preparing data analysis and reports for enhancing HR decisions. You will be responsible for any ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 13 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits strategies, HRIS, Shared service in sizeable companies
• Experience in HR consultancy firms is highly preferred
• Hands on system implementation experience
• Innovative thinking
• The ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and interface with cross-functional people in the group is essential
• Possesses excellent communication skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
