Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full range of recruitment and selection activities in a timely manner
• Assist in monthly payroll calculation and other HR functions such as performance management, employee relations activities, etc
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Provide support in ad hoc HR projects and tasks

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Human Resources Management
• At least 3 years relevant experience in retail industry
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinances and related legislation
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong PC skills, knowledge in HRIS preferred
• Independent, well organized, good team player and flexible
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
