Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR duties and mainly focus on recruitment & selection, manpower deployment, new joiners' on boarding arrangement and leavers' exit process;
• Identify appropriate channels for talents identification;
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
• Formulate, implement and review HR strategies and policies in align with company’s business direction

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
• Min. 4 years relevant experience, retail experience is highly preferred;
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinances and related legislation;
• Excellent in both written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
• Well-organized, independent and detail-minded;
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer;
• Immediately available is preferred
