Responsibility:

• Responsible for all administrative and secretarial matters related to the Board of Directors
• Arrange, coordinate and attend various meetings, the Committee Meeting, the Management Board Meeting and the Annual General Meeting
• Coordinate meeting papers for distribution, take and produce minutes for various meetings
• Assist to organize and support ceremonies, activities, events and conferences
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as directed by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Public Administration
• A Minimum of 2 years’relevant experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work overtime and irregular office hours
• Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
• Excellent organizational, communication, planning and priority setting skills
• Well-organised, conscientious, pro-active, strong capability to work as a team member in support of Board Secretariat and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and schedule
