We are now looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support Shared Services team. This role will support the administrative task in the team. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, detail-minded and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR Shared Services team on issue related to compensation & benefits matter, including but not limited to attendance and annual leave, benefits administration (e.g. MPF scheme & group medical insurance) and payroll
• Handle the enquiry of frontline staff on HR policy
• Provide support to divisional administration such as inventory control, stationery ordering, activating staff access cards and P-file maintenance. 
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree holder 
• Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chinese
• Responsible, keen to learn and willing to communicate with different people
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Immediate available is preferred
