The incumbent will participate in various activities for operating and developing professional qualification programme (i.e., Certified Banker).

 Job Responsibilities

• Handle programme operations including planning, scheduling, enrolment analysis and evaluation
• Assist in programme development process
• Explore and collaborate with external partners to strengthen and expand training resources for the Institute
• Support in projects related to Qualifications Framework and competence development
• Support in marketing events and activities for promoting the professional qualification programmes.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor 

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above; major in Business, Finance or Human Resources disciplines is preferred;
• Relevant experience gained from banking & financial industries or training and development is an advantage;
• Energetic, customer oriented, pleasant personality, self-motivated and proactive for fast-paced learning
• Team player with strong communication and people skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered for Assistant Officer
