Our Client is a reputable property investment, management and development group. They are currently looking to hire an Administrator to support their Tax department.

Main Descriptions:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the tax team
• Handle travel arrangement, meetings coordination, minutes taking, schedule management, T&E claim, stationery requisition, etc.
• Properly manage documentary filing
• Assist in finalization and submission of tax related documents to tax authorities
• Coordinate with finance team for arrangement of tax payments
• Centralize and notify tax team of all incoming tax related documents
• Other administrative support as required

Main Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably from Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, Property or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of secretarial/ administrative experience from sizable companies, candidate with accounting and tax knowledge is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to communicate with inter-departments in an effective manner
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
