Responsibilities: 

• Provide full range of professional HR services including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Staff P-file Maintenance.
• Responsible for updating, revising and administrating front line staff daily roaster and leave administration.
• Responsible for coordinating with shop managers in order to keep track record for staff movement and other related HR issues.
• Responsible for general offices & retail administration, including procurement of office suppliers, vendor management and other administrative support functions as required.
• Participate ad-hoc project as assigned by the superior

Requirements: 

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Admin or related disciplines
• 5 years solid experience in mid-size company, retail HR experience is a plus
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Familiar with using HR21 HRIS system is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of HR & Admin Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
