Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, employment contract, on-board arrangement, staff relations, Payroll/ MPF, staff compensation and benefit package, income tax, etc.
• Maintain human resources records including new hiring, transfers, terminations, appraisals, vacation, sick and personal leave.
• Responsible for update, review and implement HR policies and procedures as well as Employee Handbook are compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant experience in HR support
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong;
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Mature, detailed-minded, sensitive to figure with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
