Responsibilities:

• Handle daily IT administrative tasks and ad hoc project if necessary
• Sound knowledge and experience of PC setup
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or by email
• Provide standby support on ad hoc issue
• Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved
• Sound knowledge and experience on Active Directory is an advantage

• HKDSE, Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to learn, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is an advantage
