Job Description

Our client is a privately held conglomerate and with strong presence in Hong Kong and Greater China. They have participated in different international projects around the world. With the team expansion, they are currently looking for a Head of Training to join the business. Working closely with C-suite, you will be responsible for strategic planning on Talent & Organization Development, and training programs review & delivery.

Description

  • Strength the analysis of ongoing programs to ensure that quality training is provided to business departments
  • Maintain constant improvement in training programs and initiatives
  • Assess and effect changes in the training team's structure to meet the business's growth goals
  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
  • Ensure that programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets
  • Direct training and development processes ensuring all new joiners receive high-quality orientation and on-boarding experiences
  • Oversee the creation of content, e-learning, collateral, and other training materials
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management; and work closely with different department heads and employees in developing effective training solutions

Profile

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Development/Management
  • At least 15 years in working experience in a training and development capacity, preferably working as a Senior Manager Training and Development in a large business setting
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic and creative mindset
