What You’ll Do: 

• Provide daily, transactional HR operations support to line departments and staff, including staff movements, contract renewal, off-boarding, work injury handling, and leave management, etc.
• Provide support and advice to line department on HR related matters and staff issues
• Provide support on regular HR reports and analysis for management review
• Handle staff requests and enquiries
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Manager
• Update, maintain and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all information in personal files & HRMS
• Support and assist in other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

What You Need: 

• A recognised University Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources in a sizable company, OR
• Higher Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in compensation & benefits functions, in Human Resources in a sizable company
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Strong analytical, reasoning and presentation skills
• Proactive, independent and detail-minded with good communication and organizational skills
• Good teamwork
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate with good academic results will also be considered as Assistant Human Resources Executive (Operations)
