Continuous Improvement Officer at VSL. What does it mean?

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be working closely with various departments including Communication team, Business Lines and External Consultants to raise awareness of Be+ in VSL.

Your role:

• Raise awareness of Lean management approach in VSL (Be+) among all staff in VSL
• Leading and driving improvement of operating procedures (Be+ focused) in VSL projects to ensure optimization of labor, production efficiencies, and cost effectiveness
• Facilitate the improvement activities to embed a continuous improvement culture within the Business align with company vision, mission, and values
• Support in administrative tasks, collect information (project or department targets, improvement, gain, lessons learnt….) and creating detailed reports for progress reviews with Be+ team
• Share and communicate about Be+ achievement on VSL projects
• Travel on site (in Asia countries) if required

 You have…

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines with Lean Management knowledge
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills to corporate with all levels of the organization including project sites, back office, and clients.
• Ability in fostering a positive culture, environment and values within the Company while also be the driver of change management
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient on MS Office / MS Project / Power BI.
