Job Description
A reputable Asset Management firm in Hong Kong is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their expanding business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle all-rounded secretarial support including calendar management, meeting scheduling, as well as preparation for conferences
- Manage travel arrangements and expenses claims according to request
- Support Reception area
- Manage diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements
- Coordinate with communication internally as well as externally
- Assist in all-rounded administrative duties as well as ad hoc tasks according to needs
- Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as required
Main Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience in the administration of financial institutions or investment firms
- Good communication skills and a capacity for problem solving
- Flexibility in working under pressure
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Demonstrate professionalism and proactive attitude in the workplace
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
