A reputable Asset Management firm in Hong Kong is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their expanding business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle all-rounded secretarial support including calendar management, meeting scheduling, as well as preparation for conferences
• Manage travel arrangements and expenses claims according to request
• Support Reception area
• Manage diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements
• Coordinate with communication internally as well as externally
• Assist in all-rounded administrative duties as well as ad hoc tasks according to needs
• Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as required

Main Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience in the administration of financial institutions or investment firms
• Good communication skills and a capacity for problem solving
• Flexibility in working under pressure
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Demonstrate professionalism and proactive attitude in the workplace
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
